The Founder

​

The creator of AELIA Consulting & Coaching is Sofia Makri, CIPD Assoc, certified ICF Coach (career, executive, team), Mentor, Trainer, Project Manager and mother of a little girl.
​

Her academic background is Political Sciences, Public Policy, European Law and Affairs as well as Human Resources Management. Furthermore, she is trained and attended various courses on Coaching, NLP, Professional Orientation, Adults Training, Psychology, Theatre games and European Project Management.

The last 13 years she devotes herself to People & Project Management. 

​

Since 2007 she is the cofounder of the Greek NGO                  that supports young people and professionals for their employability and professional development by training on soft and digital skills, entrepreneurship, networking & mentoring. AELIA has supported 650 professionals of all ages, organized 330 workshops and offered 1150 mentoring sessions.

She is proud that she managed to find her personal career identity by connecting all her pararell circles of knowledge and career experience to one.

 

Sofia created AELIA Consulting & Coaching (AELIA CoCo), with the aim of providing human resources consulting services to organizations and companies.
